Overview

You will lead the financial strategy for a complex, multi‑location after‑sales business, delivering insightful reporting, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with growth objectives, driving cost optimisation, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

  • You will partner with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions.
  • Champion process improvements.
  • Mentor a high‑performing finance team.
  • Support the implementation of ERP and other finance systems.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leadership as a finance business partner.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to look beyond the numbers.
  • Confident communicator, capable of engaging at the executive level.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with occasional travel required.

Desirable

  • Experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience with ERP implementation.
  • Background with a Big4 firm.
