BE Recruitment are working with a home products retailer based in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester. They are looking to recruit several Van drivers to join their existing team. Working on a 2 person delivery team, drivers will deliver and install household appliances to customers' houses. All drivers working for BE Recruitment will be partnered with an experienced full-time driver. The base of operations is in Leicester, servicing customers across the Midlands area and surrounding.

The amount of drops will depend on the day and route. Day to day duties will include:

  • Delivery to residential properties
  • Dealing with customers on a day to day basis
  • Unloading of van at delivery point
  • Double Driver runs
  • 12-14 hours a day
  • 14-20 deliveries per day
  • Drops may include installation, a trained driver will be with new candidates

Requirements:

  • Must have previous van driver experience of 1 year or more
  • Must have previous multi-drop experience
  • Full UK clean licence - Max 6 points
  • No DD, DR, TT, IN10 codes on licence

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

  • You will be paid £12.71 per hour
  • On site parking available.
