We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join Richmond Manor, a luxury care home in Ampthill, providing residential, dementia and nursing care.
Working Pattern: 12‑hour shifts with alternative weekend work on a rotating rota.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care to residents, adapting to their personal needs.
- Administer medication, assist with daily activities, and help maintain personal hygiene.
- Prepare and serve meals, arrange family visits, and coordinate outings such as salon appointments.
- Observe and document residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the care team.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in domiciliary or care work within a similar setting.
- Training experience or relevant qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
