Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Weybridge, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Quality Control Manager to join their team. Key Benefits
- Competitive salary of approximately £46,000 per annum (comprising £36,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE)
- Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Saturday mornings on a rotational basis (once every 6 weeks)

Duties
- Providing technical support and guidance to workshop technicians to ensure repair quality and efficiency
- Managing repair progression and updating systems to optimise workflow
- Conducting comprehensive quality control checks on completed repairs
- Gathering and verifying warranty evidence to ensure compliance with warranty standards
- Assisting with parts management to facilitate right-first-time repairs
- Supervising workshop processes, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards
- Handling customer pre-calls and technical discussions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Managing Service Quality tasks, including job and warranty preparations
- Supporting the team in developing and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Warranty Manager is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of dealership systems, processes, and workshop operations
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage under pressure
