Our client, based in Bicester, are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their team.

Key accountabilities:

  • Operating food production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Preparing, processing, packing and labelling food products
  • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness of production areas and equipment
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Meeting daily production targets and deadlines

Multiple shifts available:

  • AM shift 0600 until 1400
  • PM shift 1400 until 2200
  • Night shift 2200 until 0600

Pay & benefits:

£14.69 to £16.52 per hour. Excellent opportunity to join and develop within a growing business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
