A well‑established accountancy firm based in Altrincham is seeking an Accountant to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of accountancy for a range of owner‑managed businesses and a variety of industries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service to a variety of clients, including sole traders, owner‑managed businesses and HNWI's.
- Prepare year‑end accounts, VAT returns, perform bookkeeping duties and compute corporation tax.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone or site visits.
- Collaborate within a tight‑knit team to meet deadlines and provide a high level of client service.
- Work full‑time or part‑time hours.
Qualifications
- Experienced general practitioner who enjoys working with OMB's.
- Part‑qualified, qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) acceptable.
- Ability to work accurately, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and excellent client service skills.
- Flexible to full‑time or part‑time working hours.
