About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Marlfield is looking for committed and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who are eager to build meaningful relationships with the residents, to join our supportive team in providing high-quality care to older adults. Marlfield is a residential and nursing care home for older adults with 51 beds.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Maintaining accurate care records and working closely with the wider care team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in care is vital - full training provided
  • A kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
