Avenue Scotland are currently looking for experienced Painters & Decorators for new build housing projects in Alloa. The role offers ongoing temporary work with the possibility of a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate a high standard of workmanship and reliability.

Duties Include:

  • Painting and finishing internal areas within new build properties
  • Surface preparation including sanding and filling
  • Completing snagging works to a high standard
  • Working alongside site teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous new build painting experience essential
  • High standard of finishing work
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
  • Own tools & transport
