A well-established and reputable engineering/manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to support and enhance its health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. This is a key role focused on ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

The Role

  • Maintain and improve HSEQ management systems in line with industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation
  • Lead and conduct internal and external audits
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Support and drive a strong safety culture across the organisation
  • Deliver training and guidance on HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external bodies and support certification processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HSEQ-focused role within engineering or manufacturing
  • NEBOSH qualification (essential)
  • ISO Lead Auditor certification (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, standards, and legislation
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
