A well-established and reputable engineering/manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to support and enhance its health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. This is a key role focused on ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
The Role
- Maintain and improve HSEQ management systems in line with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation
- Lead and conduct internal and external audits
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support and drive a strong safety culture across the organisation
- Deliver training and guidance on HSEQ policies and procedures
- Liaise with external bodies and support certification processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HSEQ-focused role within engineering or manufacturing
- NEBOSH qualification (essential)
- ISO Lead Auditor certification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, standards, and legislation
