We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our client within the Accountancy & Financial industry in Clackmannanshire. Responsibilities in your new role as Client Manager
As a Client Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, acting as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients. In this hands-on role, you'll build strong relationships, provide expert business advice, and oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping. You’ll ensure client records are accurate and up to date, while responding to queries efficiently and professionally. Working closely with outsourcing partners, you’ll coordinate the information they need to deliver a seamless service. Alongside managing your own portfolio, you’ll review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services. This is a collaborative role where you’ll be encouraged to get involved across the wider team.
