Are you a natural relationship builder with a background in IT or Cybersecurity sales who loves growing accounts, spotting opportunities and becoming a trusted partner to your clients? Working within an established MSP & MSSP firm this Account Manager role is all about taking ownership of a high-value portfolio and expanding it through genuine, consultative account management. You’ll be working with established clients, helping them get the most out of their technology from cybersecurity and telecoms to managed IT and Microsoft cloud solutions.
Base salary: 30,000 to 45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Account Manager include:
- Managing a portfolio of top-tier clients and ensuring they’re fully supported
- Upselling and cross-selling across cybersecurity (Kaseya, Fortinet), telecoms (3CX, Cisco), managed IT and Microsoft Power Platform
- Running regular QBRs, building long-term partnerships and visiting clients when needed
- Identifying opportunities, understanding client needs and ensuring smooth service delivery
The ideal Account Manager will need the following:
- Background in IT, cybersecurity, MSSP or telecoms
- Proven recent experience in account management or sales
- Strong understanding of 3CX, Cisco, Microsoft cloud tools and security solutions
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Happy to travel locally for client meetings as required
