The rates of pay is £16.25 - £24 per hour.
Available Shifts
- 16:00 – 22:00, Friday – Tuesday
- 16:00 – 22:00, Thursday – Monday
- 16:00 – 22:00, Wednesday – Sunday
- 09:00 – 12:00, Thursday – Monday
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence (C+E), DCPC & Tacho cards.
- Minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- No DD/DR Code convictions.
- Compliance with on‑site health and safety requirements.
- Understand and comply with drivers’ hours and WTD legislation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to carry out vehicle checks correctly.
