Consolidated Pay Rates (Paid Weekly)

The rates of pay is £16.25 - £24 per hour.

Available Shifts

  • 16:00 – 22:00, Friday – Tuesday
  • 16:00 – 22:00, Thursday – Monday
  • 16:00 – 22:00, Wednesday – Sunday
  • 09:00 – 12:00, Thursday – Monday

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence (C+E), DCPC & Tacho cards.
  • Minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • No DD/DR Code convictions.
  • Compliance with on‑site health and safety requirements.
  • Understand and comply with drivers’ hours and WTD legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to carry out vehicle checks correctly.
