We are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to join this financial based organisation in the St Albans area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support with strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with documentation preparation and creating cover letters as part of a team.
  • Diary management, arranging review meetings and handling specific financial paperwork (training provided).
  • Ensure all compliance related documentation is up to date and client data is accurate and up to date.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries with a client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in administration with outstanding Microsoft Suite ability including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in documentation preparation and correspondence such as cover letters.
  • Clear communicator with ability to work in a team and deliver high-quality service.
  • Exposure to iO would be advantageous.
