Role Details
- Position: Band 2 Administrative Support
- Department: Pathology
- Location: Hull
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities
- Typing macroscopy and microscopy reports for the Cellular Pathology department
- Providing administrative support to the wider pathology team
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and document processing
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information appropriately
- Supporting departmental workflow and general office administration duties
Essential Requirements
- Previous administrative or medical secretarial experience preferred
- Excellent typing and audio transcription skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience within pathology or medical terminology would be advantageous
