We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Hockley Heath.
Role Responsibilities
- Receiving and directing phone calls.
- Editing and preparing contracts for workers.
- Chasing/following up on required documentation to support your team.
- Creating job adverts for vacancies and submitting to job boards – making use of CV library, LinkedIn and Canva.
- Uploading CVs to our database.
- Upkeep of our database – creating placements, mailshots.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks.
- Other general administrative duties.
