Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Addlestone. This is a hands‑on role with strong exposure to month‑end, business partnering and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight. NetSuite experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
  • Own the month‑end close process, ensuring robust controls and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and develop reporting within NetSuite, driving improvements in data quality and insight.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with budget holders.
  • Provide clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision‑making.
  • Support year‑end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance systems and reporting.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in using NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Proven experience in process improvements.
