We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a growing business within the packaging and advertising sector. This role will focus on managing and developing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through tailored packaging and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and support
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and projects
- Attend client meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
- Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an Account Management or Sales role
- Background in packaging, print, advertising, or a related industry (desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation abilities
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client management
