We are currently seeking dependable and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our network, delivering consistent, high-quality support to our partner schools. Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not involve lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

Role Overview

  • Hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or possess a minimum of six months relevant experience
  • Confidently manage classes with students aged 11 to 16+
  • Maintain positive behaviour to keep students engaged and focused
  • Be adaptable and willing to work across various departments and age groups on a daily basis
