About the role
We are looking for experienced 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join a busy home delivery operation delivering large items directly to customers' homes. You will be representing a well-known UK homeware retailer, completing drops per day, ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and with strong customer service. This is a physically demanding role with heavy lifting involved, so a good level of fitness is required.
Key responsibilities
- Completing home deliveries to residential customers
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Carrying out deliveries per shift
- Providing excellent customer service at each drop
- Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
- Following all road safety and tachograph regulations
Requirements
- Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Maximum of 9 penalty points
- No previous disqualifications (DD or DR endorsements not accepted)
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
