Pertemps are looking for a 7.5t Driver/ Class 2 Driver for a unique opportunity based in Tamworth where you will be travelling the lengths and depths of the country delivering high end bathroom products and staying out overnight in hotels with expenses paid. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual who is looking for a long term position in a well‑established company.

This role will entail:

  • 5 day working week
  • Driving a 7.5t Vehicle and or a Van
  • Nationwide deliveries
  • Palletised goods
  • Some hand‑ball involved
  • Staying out in hotels with expenses paid at numerous nights at a time occasionally full weeks
  • Visiting sites and event locations across the UK

Key details:

  • Early morning starts from 05:00hrs
  • 40 to 55 hour working weeks
  • Staying away from home during the Monday to Friday period sometimes 2-4 nights at a time
  • Rates of pay: £15.00 per hour PAYE

Requirements for the role:

  • Have held your 7.5t Driving licence or Class 2 licence for 6 months
  • Hold a valid CPC and Tacho Card
  • Flexible to drive both 7.5T and vans
  • Have no more than 3 points on your licence

As a 7.5t Driver/Class 2 driver you will benefit from:

  • Weekly pay via BACS for first 8 weeks
  • 24 hour contact
  • Paid annual leave
  • Access to the Pertemps Training Division
