The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are currently seeking an experienced 3.5t Van driver with a forklift licence for our client based in Rainham Essex. Duties are very varied with this role and will include:

  • Dealing with customers
  • Multi drop
  • Checking orders
  • Handling customers' stock
  • Counterbalance forklift driving when not out delivering stock to customers

The candidate will require:

  • Multi drop driving experience of at least 1 year
  • Manual handling experience
  • Counterbalance forklift experience with a counterbalance licence (in house) is acceptable

Additional requirements include:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours as things change quickly
  • Be over 23 for insurance purposes
  • 3 points or less on your driving licence

Hours of work are Monday to Friday predominantly 10.00am to 7.00pm, although can range from 8.00am to 5.00pm depending on the business needs. Although a temporary position, it may result in a permanent role for the successful candidate.
