United Cast Bar Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of continuously cast iron bar. We have an exciting opportunity for Production / Foundry Operatives to join our dedicated team based in our Cast Iron Foundry in Chesterfield. The role is full time and on a permanent basis, working on a three-shift pattern from Monday to Friday with overtime available.

The role includes:

  • Handling metal
  • Grinding & marking bars
  • Producing cores & castings

Although not essential, successful candidates will ideally have experience in a heavy industry environment, but full on-the-job training will be given. Apprenticeships are also available!
