Supporting the Marketing team with all areas of marketing and recruitment. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with over 3 years’ experience in an active marketing role (preferably B2C) to join a busy and close-knit marketing team at our Bramley, Rotherham office. You will be supporting the current marketing team in all aspects of promotion including digital marketing, social media, in-store point of sale and recruitment. This is a busy and varied role which will suit someone with 3-5 years marketing experience, looking for a challenging role providing opportunity for development within an experienced team.
This role includes supporting the wider marketing team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Co-ordinating and delivering marketing materials to stores.
- Assisting in creating and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, blogs, emails and other channels.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market research to identify audience needs, competitor activity and trends in the industry.
- Supporting the marketing team with preparations for events and conferences throughout the year.
- Working with external agencies and design partners to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Assisting stores in advertising and managing recruitment adverts and vacancies.
- Liaising with stakeholders and senior leaders at events.
- Other miscellaneous activities to support the wider business.
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Essential
- Experience using Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop or similar platform to deliver social media adverts.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO to contribute to the long-term strategy for the wider business.
- Experience using DotDigital or similar Email Marketing platform.
- Experience using GA4.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mixed marketing role.
- Some experience in recruitment advertising preferred.
- Creativity and resilience to unlock value in a challenging market.
- A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Great communicator and collaborator.
