United Carpets are seeking to recruit a Full Time Experienced Payroll Clerk based at our Head Office in Bramley, Rotherham, to process the payrolls for our Franchise and Corporate Stores.
Main duties will include:
- Start to End processing of monthly payrolls via Sage 50 Payroll
- Dealing with Auto Enrolment using Nest Pension
- Inputting Timesheet and Commission’s data on to the system
- Ensuring all starters and leavers are updated onto the system
- Issue payslips to Employees & Franchisors in line with the timetable
- Attend to all RTI related submissions
- Input and process all payroll attachments (CSA & AEO’s) as instructed and required
- Resolve questions and queries for Employees, Managers and Directors as required
- General administration, filing and record maintenance
- Create and reconcile all P32, Payment Summary and Cost Analysis reports
- Update and distribute all Management Reports in line with the timetable
- At Year-End process relevant administration, P60’s and Annual Archiving
The successful applicant will need to:
- Have experience with Computer and Manual payroll calculations
- Have current knowledge of Payroll legislation
- Be conversant with RTI, SMP, SSP, SPP, Auto Enrolment (NEST) and PAYE
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work to strict deadlines
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Adhere to a code of confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act
