Are you a Maintenance Technician with experience in injection plastics moulding? We are looking for a hands on maintenance technician who will be our Injection Moulding Expert . Responsible for repairs and maintenance carried out in the day to day running of the manufacturing department to ensure production service levels are maintained. You will: Report to the Maintenance Lead Adhere to our safe working practices Adhere to BRC regulations Complete tasks such as repair and preventive maintenance of all site primary plant and building assets Ensure all breakdowns are rectified as effectively and efficiently as possible Seek out and implement improvements to reduce the level of breakdowns using lean improvement methodologies Provide solutions and options to opportunities that effect repeatability and reliability of misses on production outputs Work with suppliers to improve the mean time between failure of parts (MTBF) Attend Machine Expert meetings at our other European sites as and when required Help to develop new maintenance programs to improve operational efficiencies Install new equipment (production lines) Train other members of staff to ensure skills are transferred across all functions You must have: Previous extensive injection moulding experience Ideally Multi-skilled but not essential Good communicator and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Salary 40k plus Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with flexibility WE ARE UNITED CAPS.
