Our team\’s mission is clear: to safeguard the site, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of all visitors, while protecting property, members, and guests against damage or theft in line with established site procedures.Details Position: Security SupervisorLocation: London (SW1W)Pay Rate: £14.75 per hourHours: Average 56 hours per weekShifts: 6 On 3 Off – Days & NightsRequirements SIA Door Supervisor Licence requiredTeam Leader or Supervisor experience in the corporate sector is requiredIT and man management skills requiredWillingness to learn and work with a teamExcellent communication both written and verbalReliable, responsible and punctualSmart appearance befitting the companyFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on siteComputer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelCalm under pressure with the presence of mind to defuse difficult situationsAble to work as part of a team as well as on your ownCCTV & First Aid qualifications are desirableResponsibilities Deploy the security team to maintain a satisfactory security presence on site as required by the customerMaintain the highest standards of customer care when dealing with staff and visitorsEnsure all security personnel adhere to duties, policies and procedures and report breaches to the security managerAssist the Site Manager in all areas of responsibility and maintain a close working relationshipUnderstand the site specification and monitor activities to ensure they are current and in line with customer expectationsMaintain confidentiality and a good reputation with the customerRespond to customer communication in a professional and timely mannerSupervise the team to ensure officers follow site procedures in line with customer requirementsCheck handover at the beginning of the shift to ensure vital details are carried outMake informed decisions under pressureLiaise with external authorities and services as required and build relationships with stakeholdersMaintain the daily occurrence book and complete relevant reportsEnsure staff wear correct uniform and PPE and are regularly briefedRespond to emergencies and incidents including fire and intruder alarms and assist in evacuations where necessaryMaintain morale and discipline within the teamIdentify training needs for staff and feed back to line managementProactively increase the services offered to customersComplete appropriate training documentation and recordsReference and update assignment instructions for site changes; ensure all duties are understood and signed as readSet and maintain high personal and professional standards and adopt a total quality approachMonitor staff discipline, standards and conductConduct regular performance monitoring and annual appraisals in line with company policyAudit site equipment and maintain site paperworkAttend required meetings with the customer and line management to support quality service deliverySubmit timesheets, holiday and sickness forms within deadlinesCoordinate with the team on changing contract requirementsCarry out reasonable requests from CIS managementFlexible approach to daily dutiesBenefits Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box discounts & offers (HSF)Cycle to work schemeTailored site uniformFirst-class training and career developmentLong service and employee recognition awardsAnd much moreA globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
