Do you have 5* customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly and secure corporate security service? CIS Security has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and the customer whilst being presentable and demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism. You will demonstrate and deliver high quality security and customer service to both our customers and service users, providing a holistic customer focused security service.

- Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
- Hours: Average 24 hours per week
- Shifts: Various Shifts – Days, Nights, & Weekends
Job Requirements
- SIA Licence required.
- Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage.
- Ex forces or police background would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times.
- Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills.
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
- A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character.
- To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation.
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable.
- Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties.
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet using initiative.
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations.
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
- To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems.
- Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.
- Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
- Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, escalate and disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
- The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
