A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Security Officer who will work in various sites in the London area, who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
About The Role
- Position: Security Response Officer
- Location: Reading
- Pay Rate: Β£14.20 per hour
- Hours: Average 36 hours per month
- Shifts: Various Shifts β Days, Nights & Weekends (as and when required)
Job Requirements
- SIA Licence required
- Security and customer service experience is required
- Must be flexible and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
- Must have good command of English language
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties β long periods of standing, patrolling, reception duties, access control, and lock ups
- Must have five years of checkable work history
Basic Job Responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be proβactive and think on your feet using initiative
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
- Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
