A fresh opportunity has arisen for a Response Mobile Patrol Officer to join our dedicated team operating out of our Lewisham Head Office and working across various sites in Central London. This is a dual role of a Response Mobile Patrol Officer and Operational Response Officer. You will need to be very reliable and have well-developed customer service skills. The role includes using company vehicles to conduct patrols, lock/unlock procedures, responding to alarm activations across various client sites in London, and providing backup to colleagues when needed. Information Position: Response Mobile Patrol Officer Location: Various sites across London & Lewisham (SE13) Pay Rate: Site Related Pay (£13.85 to £15.90 per hour) Hours: 24 hours per week Shifts: Various Shifts – Nights Job Requirements – Response Mobile Patrol Officer SIA Licence required Physically fit to fulfill this role Valid UK Full Clean Driving Licence required, held for at least 2 years Minimum age of 25 due to insurance requirements Experience as a mobile supervisor (or similar) is preferred A good understanding of the general security environment Ability to work well under pressure Effectively prioritize and manage own workload Excellent attention to detail & communication skills Positive attitude & highly motivated Flexible approach to working hours Confidence in undertaking all specific duties Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good working relationships Good working knowledge of Microsoft software Job Requirements – Operational Response Officer SIA Licence required Security and customer service experience required Good levels of customer service, communication (written & verbal) Knowledge of locations & security & safety protocols Flexible in daily duties: patrols, reception, access control, lock-ups Calm, professional, confident under pressure, handling confrontations Physically fit for patrols and standing for extended periods Ability to travel within London Smart appearance Confidence in performing all duties Ability to provide required documentation and vetting information Benefits Health care plan (HSF) Perk Box (HSF) – discounts & offers Cycle to work scheme Tailored site uniform First-class training for skill development Career development opportunities Long service & employee recognition awards And more!
