A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Night Supervisor who will demonstrate and deliver high quality customer service to both our clients and service users. Manage and develop the Security team in all areas of Security and maintain close working relations. You will be expected to effectively supervise the operational running of the Security team to ensure they are working in line with site policies and procedures. Ensure and maintain that the Site Manager and Client are fully briefed and updated regarding any Security related issues that arise. Ensure the Security team deliver high standards by monitoring performance levels.

Job Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
- CCTV Licence desirable
- Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor/Lead Officer is required
- Ability to organise and motivate, to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Gravitas and Resilience to work through complex requirements
- Leadership and ability to follow plans through to completion
- Experience of security procedures, physical security requirements, Corporate policies
- Time management & Organisational skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including report writing
Job Role
- Maintain good customer service relationships with site staff, visitors, clients, and management team.
- Supervise and maintain the Site Operational Working Roster. Amend and implement any changes as required on a daily basis.
- Maintain effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Carry out any tasks and report back as directed or instructed by the Site Manager.
- Effectively supervise on-site security operations ensuring that Officers are working in line with Site Policies and Procedures at all times and in line with the Site Manager's direction.
- Assist in any necessary security investigations into any loss, damage or other incidents affecting property, visitors, or staff.
- Focus on team building, training and development of staff from all sites-based service partners.
- Deliver and assist in Site Training as required to all Officers in line with Client / CIS requirements. Site training to be performed during weekdays wherever possible and the Site Training Matrix must be maintained and managed at all times.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure all manning requirements are managed and met on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all contractual requirements are fulfilled on a daily basis and maintain up to date records.
- Demonstrate proactive management of the Security Team.
- Provide relief / break cover for Security Officers if required.
- Set high personal standards for others to follow.
- Maintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfare.
- Ensure that all staff are regularly briefed.
- Liaise with the Client and CIS Site Manager on all Operational matters relating to the security of the premises, including reporting on matters of discipline and welfare.
