Job Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
- Experience in high-end corporate front-of-house, corporate security, or concierge services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills
- A friendly, professional demeanour, courteous, and outgoing character
- Attention to appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk for extended periods of time during shift
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
- Strong situational awareness and understanding of Hostile Reconnaissance behaviours
- Ability to remain professional under pressure and respond effectively in dynamic situations
- Must be flexible and able to change shifts due to operational needs
- Confidence to undertake 100% of all specific duties
- Availability to provide all documentation and vetting information requested
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting in reception, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring all receive VIP treatment
- Act as the face of the companies we represent
- Ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care while in the building
- Ensure that all business needs are met and that the company's reputation is enhanced through exemplary reception, booking, and concierge services
- Be articulate, well informed, and pre-empt, meet, and exceed customer and visitor needs
Job Duties
- Ensure visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer service, personally taking responsibility for requests
- Communicate regularly regarding new and important issues that may arise
- Report suspicious items or activity immediately
- Conduct hostile reconnaissance checks in lobby and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with reception, building management, and all service partners
- Remain alert to protestor activity and escalate it immediately
- Actively support the detection and deterrence of hostile reconnaissance through confident engagement, observation, and reporting
- Monitor footfall and maintain an organised, safe flow of people through entrances and common areas
- Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or escalations, including evacuations or first-aid situations
- Assist with ID checks, visitor sign-in procedures, and maintain integrity of access control points
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and conduct, reflecting the prestige of the building
- Promote teamwork both within and outside the department with a βcan doβ approach and solutions
- Utilise a portfolio of information to assist with customer queries (transport, restaurants, shops)
- Assist in any other reasonable duties as required
