Front of House Security Officer for the tallest commercial skyscraper in the heart of London. Integral to ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for occupiers, visitors, and staff. Roles include front of house, events, lobby area, loading bay.
Position: H22 Security Scanning Officer
Location: Central London (EC2N)
Pay: £15.57 per hour
Hours: Average 29 hours per week
Shift pattern: 4 On 4 Off – Days
Job Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to defuse tensions
- Professional appearance and well presented at all times
- Friendly, professional, engaging, courteous, outgoing
- Flexibility for relief assignments, early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Winning mentality – continuous improvement of performance and service delivery
- Physically fit; able to stand/walk for long periods, complete patrols internally and externally
- Ability to follow instructions with strong decision‑making when required
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and security procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence by greeting all occupiers and visitors upon entry and exit, exceeding customer expectations

- Detect, deter and respond to any potential security threats in or around the premises

- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established processes and procedures
- Follow instructions from the management team while ensuring seamless security operations
- Deliver a world‑class customer experience, demonstrating exceptional service
- Collaborate effectively with other service providers and departments to maintain a smooth operational environment
- Adhere to all site‑specific work instructions and security protocols
- Conduct internal and external patrols to maintain a secure and controlled environment
