- Hours: Average 36 hours per week

Job Requirements
- SIA licence required.
- Corporate security, concierge or front‑of‑house experience of at least one year is an advantage.
- Ex‑forces or police background is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent command of the English language and basic IT skills.
- Reliable, responsible and punctual.
- Friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing.
- Excellent personal appearance and presentation.
- Flexible to adapt to daily duties and additional on‑site events.
- First‑aid qualification and CCTV SIA licence are desirable.
- Able to undertake 100 % of all specific duties.
- Prepared to provide documentation and vetting information when requested.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and deliver high‑quality guarding and customer service to customers and service users.
- Work independently or as part of a team, remaining proactive and using initiative.
- Remain calm under pressure and manage confrontational situations confidently.
- Physically fit to conduct internal and external patrols, standing and walking during shifts.
- Accurately write incident and shift reports.
- Maintain a friendly, professional and courteous demeanor with open body language.
- Efficiently manage visitors and staff, ensuring exceptional service.
- Operate varied access‑control and CCTV systems and platforms.
- Compose and reply to emails appropriately.
- Command and control situations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Understand and follow the corporate escalation process; timely escalation and dissemination of information.
- Conduct opening & closing procedures, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering calls, and performing emergency procedures.
