The Senior Multi-Site Supervisor is a key operational support role across our stores. You’ll step in to cover sickness, holidays, and other shift gaps as needed, ensuring seamless service and strong team leadership.
Position Information
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Days of work: Weekday and weekend availability
- Location: Garage Coffee Roasters, across multiple sites
- Must be able to drive & have use of own vehicle for the role.
- Salary: £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable cover for sickness, holidays, and other unplanned absences
- Lead shifts confidently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Act as a role model for team members in attitude, performance, and professionalism
- Share Garage Coffee’s mission & vision with customers and staff
- Work alongside Managers and Supervisors during non-cover periods to support floor leadership
- Support managers with ordering, admin, recruitment, training, and other responsibilities
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory checks
- Help implement company standards and operational procedures consistently across locations
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to baristas and shift leads
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team culture
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with regular customers
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently
What you need
- Previous supervisory experience in a specialty coffee or hospitality environment
- Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee (particularly speciality)
- Confident leading teams and making decisions independently
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused
- Available to work 30–40 hours per week, including weekends when required
