Production Roaster - Part-Time - 3 days a week:
We are looking for someone with 1 years production roasting experience ideally, however, if you have been working in Specialty Coffee without the opportunity and wanting to be a roaster is a dream/passion of yours, More days available if you don't mind running 'the hatch' as a barista.
Access Info: This role requires a lot of heavy lifting, working in hot and cold environments, as well as noisy. The roastery is wheelchair accessible but the roaster currently isn't. We have a wheelchair accessible loos in an external block. There is on site parking and is a 15 minute step-free walk from Margate Station. Overhead lighting is strip lights.
