Wildcard is a busy neighbourhood focused shop offering the highest standard of specialty coffee to the Kensal Rise area. We are looking for a new shop manager to lead the team and continue to raise the quality of the offering.
Position Information
- Employment: Full Time
- Typical Hours: 42 hours per week
- Base Pay: £34,000.00 – £38,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Lead the barista team and ensure consistent, high‐quality coffee service.
- Maintain exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
- Oversee daily shop operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Build and maintain team morale and provide ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Strong barista skills and experience in specialty coffee.
- Experience managing a coffee shop or similar retail environment.
- People‐focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an up‐market neighbourhood with early Friday finishes and no weekend work.
