Early Bees Coffee is a rapidly growing speciality coffee company with locations in Holborn, Old Street, and Bank, Central London. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and ambitious coffee professionals who take pride in producing exceptional coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Whether you are an experienced Barista looking to progress, a Head Barista ready for a new challenge, or an established Café Manager, we would love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous speciality coffee experience
  • Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Leadership experience (for Head Barista and Manager positions)
  • Ability to train and support junior team members
