We are looking for a top tier Freelance Barista for our events company that offers high-end coffee and travelling premium drinking chocolate.
About the Role
You will work with our Managing Director to develop a coffee-events service, create a menu of high quality drinks, act as a brand ambassador for our partners, and handle event-based service across London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent quality coffee and hot chocolate at events.
- Present a polished appearance, maintain pride in work and attention to detail.
- Support promotional launches with brand ambassadors and field marketing duties.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on expanding the London events arm and other catering offerings.
- Assist in building a coffee-events business from the ground up.
Requirements
- Experienced barista with proven skills in high-quality coffee and hot chocolate.
- Fluency in service and presentation, strong interpersonal skills suited to event and promo work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Preferred: ability to drive.
Working Hours & Location
Approx 17.5 to 30.5 hours per week with potential for more shifts. Main location: N8 0FR – most work will be in and around London, some events further afield.
Start Date
Trial event scheduled for 4th March. Applications close on that date.
