No weekend work, early Friday finishes & the only washing up are the barista tools and equipment!Average tips £300 per month on top of wage.

**Three Wheels** is an independent Espresso Bar which has been trading since 2013. In that time we have worked solely with Volcano Coffee Works and was one of the founding cafes for Assembly Coffee – which we still proudly serve.

We are based under The Shard @ London Bridge, one of the first cafes to coin the use of ‘Espresso Bar’ as that is solely our objective. We are a fast paced take away bar, serving the finest shots, fresh pastries and some sweet treats.

We have only ever worked with the best of best equipment, the finest local suppliers and more importantly lovely staff & customers. Our aim is to provide the friendliest customer service, banging coffee and a fun relaxed work environment.

We have operated since 2013 so the site, processes, day to day activities like ordering etc are all seamless – the main thing we seek from the manager is someone who;

– Passionate about hospitality- Experienced as a barista- Upbeat and able to lead a team to deliver exceptional service at all times- Intuitive, quick to think on their feet, able to keep a level headduring busy & challenging times- Well-presented and a good team player- An excellent communicator

**And your responsibilities will include:**

– Ensuring service is smooth and of the 3Wheels standard- Leading shifts and taking responsibility for the site- Driving sales, maximising profitability of the site- Creating a fun, inclusive & dynamic workspace- Training new staff alongside roasting house- Building relationships with regulars- Ensuring product standards are upheld- Managing weekly ordering, Coffee/Pastries/Milk/Cold drinks- Ensuring site is health and safety and food safety compliant
