We’re an independent bakery and café with shops in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, and Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Barista to join our team.

We’re all about exceptional coffee, beautiful food and genuine hospitality, and we’re looking for someone who shares our high standards and attention to detail. You’ll be confident behind the machine, knowledgeable about coffee and passionate about delivering consistently excellent drinks. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy connecting with customers and creating the kind of warm, welcoming experience that keeps people coming back. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience as a Barista, ideally in a quality-focused café environment




• Takes real pride in preparing excellent coffee




• Understands the importance of consistency, presentation and attention to detail




• Has a friendly, positive and professional approach




• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team




• Is passionate about great food, coffee and hospitality




• Can remain calm, organised and personable in a busy café
