About the Role

As the No1 Mechanic in our Customer Racing LMP2 / GT3 programme, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical preparation, build quality and trackside execution of your car. • Leading the full build, strip and mechanical preparation of the car.
  • Supervising No2 Mechanics and supporting their development.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to engineering specification, torque settings and build procedures.
  • Managing mechanical repairs, assembly changes and fault rectification under time pressure.
  • Maintaining build sheets, documentation, version control and component traceability.
  • Working directly with the Race Engineer to support setup changes and mechanical adjustments.
  • Running pitstop responsibilities and ensuring the pit crew operates at elite standard.
  • Maintaining an immaculate, organised working environment and tool control.
  • Ensuring all safety and regulatory procedures are followed without exception.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong mechanical experience in LMP2, GT3, WEC, ELMS, IMSA or equivalent high-level programmes.
  • Leadership capability and the ability to maintain calm authority under pressure.
  • First-class mechanical skill, efficiency and precision.
  • Strong communication with mechanics, engineers and operational colleagues.
