As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work across the breadth of the organisation in the McLaren Hypercar Programme, Customer Racing Programmes, Historical & Special Projects, Commercial & Partnerships, Brand, Hospitality & Events. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that blends creativity, organisation, brand stewardship, and operational execution. You will manage partner deliverables, financial and contractual obligations, support event marketing, assist with brand development, and help deliver high-quality output that represents the United Autosports identity with consistency and professionalism.

As a key brand ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our mission, proactively sharing your passion for United Autosports to inspire and engage both our team, customers, and partners. You will lead by example in attitude, professionalism, and output, setting the pace for the marketing team through proactive communication, positive energy, and a solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Responsibilities & Core Competencies:

  • Work with the Marketing & Brand Manager and the rest of the Marketing team to design and deliver communication strategies and activity that increase awareness and consideration.
  • Oversee marketing-related finance, supplier projects, and legal compliance including any contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate continuously with Customer Racing Director & Team Manager to ensure the team fulfil all driver obligations related to sponsors and branding.
  • Support with the creation of marketing collateral: presentations, proposals, partner updates, graphic briefs, copywriting.
  • Manage brand consistency across multiple programmes and ensure all content follows United Autosports guidelines.
  • Account management of all marketing suppliers and completing any necessary orders in a timely manner including but not limited to race suits, merchandise etc.
  • Support commercial and partnership teams with contractual fulfilment: logo placement, social deliverables, content obligations, reporting packs.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Communications Executive with maintaining a structured asset library, content archives, and marketing documentation.
  • Assist with website updates, news articles, driver announcements, and race reports.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, PR days, sponsor visits, and launches.
  • Coordinate all United Autosports tours at Head Office in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Work closely with operational, technical, and commercial colleagues to deliver timely, accurate marketing output in line with racing activity.
