An excellent and varied opportunity has arisen to recruit for a Service Administrator to support our service team.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager and working closely with the Office Administrator, the primary purpose of this role is to help with the efficient running of the department and Service Engineers and to help develop the growth and profitability of the team.
Other duties involved within this role are outlined below:
- Manage a digital diary for services that are due and contact customers to arrange services, including Booths, Wrappers and Ovens.
- Manage and update service engineers' diaries.
- Prepare costing sheets and invoices from engineers' job sheets and sub-contractors/manufacturers' invoices.
- Implement improvements and efficiencies within the service department.
