You`ll get involved in a bit of everything - from helping bring events and celebrations to life, to supporting our scholarships and All of Us community, creating communications and working with colleagues, Trustees and partners.
With15 years of the Foundation, 1,000 scholarship students and five years of the All of Us communityto celebrate, there will be plenty going on and lots of opportunities to get stuck in, make things happen and see the impact of your work.

Role details:
- Part-time: 3 days per week, worked across Monday-Thursday
- Contract: 8-month fixed-term contract, starting October 2026
- Additional assignment: This role will be undertaken alongside the successful candidate`s existing role at Unite, providing an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities while continuing in their current position.
Responsibilities
Helping Shape How We Work
- Help bring Board and Committee meetings to life, coordinating everything from diaries and logistics to meeting materials.
- Support Trustees with travel, arrangements and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Keep the Foundation`s website up to date with Board, governance and strategy content.
- Be the organised, proactive support that helps good governance happen behind the scenes.
Making Things Happen
- Help make team meetings, awaydays and stakeholder events engaging, well organised and enjoyable.
- Support the planning of training, team activities and development sessions.
- Get involved in scholarship and All of Us activities and events, helping turn ideas into reality.
- Work across the Foundation, picking up projects, solving problems and helping keep things moving.
Sharing Our Story
- Help bring the Foundation`s work and impact to life across newsletters, social media and other channels.
- Get involved in drafting, editing and proofing articles and other content.
- Help share the stories, achievements and voices of the students and communities at the heart of the Foundation.
Bringing Events to Life
- Help plan and deliver a range of events, from stakeholder gatherings to our exciting 2027 milestone celebrations.
- Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendee communications, making sure guests feel informed and welcomed.
- Work with venues, caterers, suppliers and other partners to bring events together.
- Take ownership of merchandise, from design and ordering through to quality and stock.
Be ready to jump in wherever needed, taking on the practical details that help great ideas and events happen.
