Your role
- Lead with vision: You’ll drive the execution of Unite’s UK sales strategy, delivering ambitious growth and elevating our commercial impact across public and private sectors.
- Empower and inspire your team: You’ll lead and inspire a diverse group of 22 talented professionals – including Functional Heads, SDRs, Account Executives, CSMs, and Supplier Managers – fostering a high‑performance culture, building capability, and promoting inclusive engagement across all UK regions.
- Champion customer success: You’ll develop and guide the CSM function, ensuring seamless transitions, long‑term value, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Foster winning partnerships: You’ll build and nurture key supplier relationships, enhancing range, diversity, and credibility while supporting our ESG and social value commitments.
- Deliver data‑driven results: You’ll leverage analytics and best practices in forecasting, reporting, and CRM adoption to drive performance and strategic decision‑making.
