The Role

Join Unite Students and play a key role in shaping how our colleagues learn, adopt and get the most from a new Property Management System (PMS).

As Digital Training Manager, you`ll own the end-to-end training strategy, helping colleagues across Commercial, Operations and Support Services build the skills, knowledge and confidence to embrace new processes and ways of working.

Working as part of the Change Team, you`ll lead training from needs analysis and solution design through to delivery, reinforcement and post-go-live support. You`ll collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, Technology teams and implementation partners to deliver engaging learning solutions and support successful change.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile transformation programme and make a real impact on how our people work and adopt new technology.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end training strategy for the PMS programme, aligned to key milestones, releases and deployment phases.

  • Assess training needs across teams and user groups, translating system and process changes into practical, role-based learning.

  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that reflect real-world processes and support successful adoption.

  • Lead training delivery across Commercial, Operations and Support Services, ensuring colleagues are ready for go-live.

  • Develop reinforcement and post-go-live support to build confidence, embed new ways of working and drive long-term adoption.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, SMEs, operational leaders, Technology teams and implementation partners.

  • Track training progress, readiness and adoption, using feedback and data to identify risks and continuously improve the learning approach.

  • Work closely with the wider Change and Business Readiness teams to ensure training supports the overall change strategy.

What We`re Looking for in You

  • Proven experience leading training workstreams within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging, role-based learning for enterprise systems and diverse business audiences.

  • Strong understanding of learning design, adult learning principles and change management.

  • Experience supporting large-scale system deployments, go-live readiness and adoption.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

  • Ability to turn complex systems and processes into practical, user-focused learning experiences.

  • Strong planning, organisation and delivery skills, with experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

  • A data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness and user adoption.

  • Collaborative, adaptable and resilient, with a focus on delivering positive operational outcomes in a fast-paced transformation environment.
