Location: This role will be based in Unite’s Leicester office in the East Midlands Region.
Reports to: Senior Regional Administrator.
Apprenticeship: You will need to commit to completing a fully supported apprenticeship in Customer Services once you have completed your probation period. Training, support and coaching will be provided.
Salary: Grade 4 – £34,203.00 per annum full time (Rising to £36,595.00 per annum full time after 12 months in post).
Contract Type: Permanent.
Hours: Full-Time, 34 Hours Per Week.
Working Pattern: 11 am to 7 pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am to 5 pm Friday. You will also be required to work 7 hours one Saturday in every three weeks with one day off the following Monday. The start and finish times to be agreed with your line manager.
Annual Leave: 36 days per calendar year plus public holidays.
