Interim HR Business Partner Job Opportunity

Looking for immediately available candidates with Change and Restructure experience.
Our client, a healthcare charity, is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong track record in employee relations, HR change management, and organisational restructures. You will provide strategic HR support during a period of significant organisational development, bringing expertise and stability to their people function.
- Lead employee relations and HR change initiatives during a critical restructuring phase
- £40,750 per annum on a 12-month interim contract
- Strategic HR partnership role with direct impact on organisational outcomes
Preferred Requirements
- Proven expertise in employee relations, with experience managing sensitive conversations and resolving workplace issues
- Demonstrated success leading HR change programmes and organisational restructures
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice HR governance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently and build credibility quickly in an interim capacity
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (Diploma level or above)
- Minimum five years' experience in an HR business partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience working within healthcare, charity or non-profit organisation would be beneficial.
