Job Description
Student Experience Team Member
Location: Leeds (North)
Salary: £25,164 – £26,681 (depending on experience) per annum, plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Student Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis, and working availability Wednesday-Sunday is preferred (but not essential).

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Student Experience Team Member:
- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students

- A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
